Kohler is one of the most recognized names in bathrooms worldwide. Their plumbing fixtures are in hundreds of millions of homes. The Puretide is their entry into the bidet attachment market — and while it doesn't out-feature competitors at the same price, it brings something none of them have: the Kohler brand trust and aesthetic consistency. Here's our full test.
The Kohler Puretide is a solid, well-built non-electric attachment. It's not the most feature-packed at $89 — but it's Kohler, and that name carries real weight in homes, rentals, and resale situations.

The Puretide's design is unmistakably Kohler — clean lines, minimal branding, a neutral profile that disappears into your existing bathroom aesthetic. Compared to TUSHY's slightly more fashion-forward look, Kohler plays it classic. The result is a bidet that looks like it belongs in a Kohler showroom.
The mechanics are straightforward: single nozzle with three spray settings (rear wash, feminine wash, and nozzle cleaning mode), pressure adjustment via a right-side knob, and a guard gate that covers the nozzle between uses. Install is 10–15 minutes, no tools, same T-valve connection as every other attachment.
In performance testing, the Puretide delivers consistently good spray pressure across all settings. The nozzle positioning is slightly more conservative than TUSHY's — which some testers preferred for comfort. The build quality is genuinely excellent; Kohler uses higher-grade plastic than most sub-$100 competitors, and it shows in hand feel and rigidity.
Where it trails: single nozzle vs. dual (you switch between rear and feminine by the knob setting rather than physical nozzle positioning), and no self-adjusting angle. At $89 vs. the TUSHY Classic at $99, it's close — and for buyers where brand name matters more than feature count, Kohler wins that comparison.
